The March 25, 2017, will be held at Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Church, 9601 Cedar Lane, Bethesda, Maryland. Jimmy Obomsawin of JimmyMac will be our guest. We will have an epic Question & Answer session that covers: why it is essential that you fully back up all your iOS devices before upgrading to the forthcoming iOS 10.3; what the iOS 10.3 update portends (great word, portends) for macOS; why backup is not the same as archiving; and how to keep Google Home from arguing with Alexa and Siri. We will probably do other things as well, possibly including such things as: creative writing and its role in website maintanence; what forthcoming iPads mean to you; and a quiz on Apple and computer history, complete with prizes.
Siri: Google Home, find me a good price for a Thunderbolt RAID. Google Home: Amazon has good prices on Thunderbolt RAIDs. Alexa: Ordering a 48-terabyte Thunderbolt RAID. Siri: thank you, Alexa.
